It’s now my second week of attempting to publish to Medium on a regular basis. I don’t feel that I have much to write, but have taken some notes re: thoughts that I wanted to share:

This week, I completed a 5-Day Tiny Habits course by BJ Fogg. Made mention to the book in last week’s post about needing Motivation, Ability and Prompt (MAP) to accomplish a new behavior.
