Captain’s log, stardate 99923.62

Good morning. It’s the second to last day in the month of April. This past weekend’s sermon talked about giving up guilt, grief and grudges. Pastor Rick suggested that we ask God to change something within, to pinpoint what we want changed and to eliminate anything unhelpful or unhealthy.
